Welcome to Labs Carnama. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, services, and software applications built for food & beverage businesses.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Application Development Services

For clients employing our custom app development framework:

  • We provide a perpetual, non-exclusive license for the underlying logic arrays upon final payment.
  • Client logic, UI configurations, and branding remain the sole property of the client.
  • Agreed maintenance boundaries strictly adhere to the terms established in your individual Service Contract.

3. Code Ownership & Modifications

Clients are granted full access to their deployed application binaries and optionally source code based on their tier. Labs retains intellectual property over modular core packages used to bootstrap the application (e.g., standard login matrices, default animation bindings) unless explicitly transferred.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Labs Carnama, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
